Vic: Govt will not appeal Pixie Skase citizenship approval = 3

Mrs SKASE'S solicitor JOHN GDANSKI says his high-profile client is in Majorca and he'll
call her tonight to relay the news.

He says Mrs SKASE will be thrilled to finally spend time with her family, and he'll
begin the process of applying for a passport for her to return home.
