Siena scored 24 runs and amassed 26 hits in a 24-3 rout of Manhattan in the first round of the Metro Athletic Atlantic Conference baseball tournament Thursday in Trenton, N.J.

Senior first baseman Rick Seltzer jump-started the Saints with a grand slam in the top of the third inning, capping a five-run inning. Designated hitter Eric Mruczek hit a grand slam in the six-run fourth inning to give Siena an 11-0 cushion.
