Amie Mitchell (18), has worked for the popular local shop full-time since September last year, and was part time for two years previously.
She told the Buchanie that she is proud of her achievement and is planning on remaining in the retail sector of work in the future.
She said: "I am proud of what I've achieved but I've always enjoyed working here and the staff are lovely. I hope to go into management one day but we'll see."
